2003年,一班热忱澳门文化的知名企业家有感内陆地区及世界各地游客对澳门美食的热爱,成立十月初五饼家(澳门)有限公司,立志传扬澳门特色美食文化,让消费者能随时随地品尝澳门糕点;

2004年,为进一步将产品推向全国市场,十月初五饼家(澳门)有限公司投资800万美元创办江门市澳新食品有限公司,将十月初五的生产基地及研发中心转移到美丽的侨乡—广东省江门市新会区;

2006年,开设国内首家“十月初五”形象专卖店,并于全国范围内大中型终端商场内上架;同年,所生产的十月初五品牌广式双黄白莲蓉月饼产品在中国商品学会开展的中国优质产品推广中,获得优质产品荣誉证书;

2007年,“十月初五”通过广东出入境检疫局的审核,成为出口食品卫生注册企业,品牌迅速成长,产品远销美国、加拿大、欧洲等经济发达的国家;

2013年8月,我司被广东省食品行业协会评为2012-2013年度优秀龙头食品企业。9月,我司出品的十月初五双黄白莲蓉月饼、五仁金腿月饼被评选为2013年度广东精品月饼。
