【利百代LIBERTY是哪个国家的品牌？】

利百代国际实业股份有限公司原名『百代实业股份有限公司』，为创办人王松振手创，从1948年﹝民国37年﹞自大陆渡台，独资创设『利华贸易行』并以“LIBERTY”为名从事进口贸易开始，王氏将过去得自沈阳和在日本学习到的经验，充分应用在文具市场上，奠定后来工厂经营理念及国际贸易的基础。

因应市场需要及时代变迁，陆续与日本名牌文具厂商合作，合资设立了『华菱铅笔』、『华美装钉机材』、『华田油墨』等关系企业，并在平镇工业区设立『百城非碳纸厂』，近年又在泰国、天津等地设立铅笔厂；在香港、新加坡设立电线电缆厂，成为多角化经营的企业团体。

不断创新‧扩展新总部

近半个世纪以来，『百代公司』经过不断的创新与改进，一步一脚印的逐年扩展成利百代国际企业，并以民国67年建于中山北路之百代大楼为各关系企业联络中心和总公司所在地。
