沈阳市阿美莉卡食品工业有限公司,是集生产、销售、配送、服务于一体的国内烘焙行业企业。主要产品有面包、生日蛋糕、月饼、礼品粽、和两家西式速食厅,销售网络覆盖了辽宁、吉林、黑龙江及内蒙古、河北、山东的部分地区。

阿美莉卡的前身诞生于1993年,原本是韩资企业,主营美式披萨和新鲜面包。

1997年,董事长刘继丹先生从韩国人手中接手阿美莉卡,那时阿美莉卡仅有三家门店和一个二、三百平米的小工厂。随后董事长调整了经营战略,建立阿美莉卡西点蛋糕大世界,开始扩张步伐。同年12月,阿美莉卡再开门店,随后陆续有七家门店开业。

1998年,董事长夫妇飞赴广州,深入考察技术和行业现状,力求为沈城百姓提供优质的产品。同年5月18日,阿美莉卡工厂迁至沈阳黄河大街,工厂面积扩张到650平米,正式注册阿美莉卡食品有限公司,注册资本一百万。下半年,超市逐渐在全国兴起,阿美莉卡转向超市供货服务。那时沈阳几乎每一家超市都有阿美莉卡的产品。在同行业面包种类并不丰富的时代,阿美莉卡已经凭借理念和成熟的创造模式拥有20多种面包品种。也是在这一时期,阿美莉卡开始进军月饼销售。

1999年,受到东北地区迷信风潮影响,整个行业都受到了波及。阿美莉卡逆风而上,再次扩张厂房面积,搬迁致沈阳皇姑区樱花食品厂旧址。工厂面积达到1200平米。同时开办本溪分公司。产品遍销沈阳、辽阳、抚顺、鞍山、盘锦、锦州、葫芦岛等地。

2000年,阿美莉卡搬迁至于洪区厂房面积达到2000平。这一年,阿美莉卡再次调整战略,逐渐转向门店销售。极盛时,四十多家阿美莉卡烘焙店遍布数省。

2001年,阿美莉卡再搬迁至道义开发区,从此扎根道义。此时阿美莉卡的产品供应者全国超过两千家商店。阿美莉卡从来都是行业的先行者。为了开辟青少年市场,阿美莉卡开始进军汉堡等美式快餐的销售。同时研发出了日常食用的迷你小月饼,受到行业一致看好和跟进。

2003至2004年是卡门店扩张较快的时期。阿美莉卡逆行业而动,拒绝当时流行的使用食用色素装饰蛋糕的做法,推出健康欧式蛋糕,用巧克力和水果代替色素,收到行业瞩目。同时期,阿美莉卡开拓了礼品粽市场,从此端午送礼粽成为风潮。阿美莉卡还首创了四十五天常温保存的即食粽,始终走在行业前沿。

2007年,阿美莉卡与兴隆大家庭展开战略合作,阿美莉卡门店进驻每一家兴隆大家庭。
