2015年7月2日,奥利奥与趣多多的母公司亿滋国际宣布,已经和帝怡(D.E.MasterBlenders1753)完成了早前宣布的咖啡业务的合并。亿滋将以入股的方式,将旗下咖啡品牌与专营咖啡和茶叶业务的帝怡组建一家新的咖啡公司。

亿滋总部在一份通报中表示,新的公司名为“JACOBSDOUWEEGBERTS(下称JDE)”,有望年收入超过50亿欧元(约合55.47亿美元)。
