始建于1862年的辽宁三沟酒业有限责任公司,坐落于阜新蒙古族自治县。
三沟酒业与知名的红山文化源头查海遗址仅距9公里。令人感叹的是,8000年前的查海部落已经掌握了比较成熟的谷物酒酿造技艺,并形成了痛快直爽、豪情万丈的北方游牧部落特有的饮酒风格,而这亦是百年三沟坦荡文化的渊源所在。
“酿造酒中珍品,成就东北荣耀”。1862年,邱美、邱焕兄弟二人,在瑞应寺活佛的帮助下,于土默特左旗细河塔拉(1903年成为阜新县)境内建一酒厂,名曰“胜泉涌”烧锅,俗称“邱家烧锅”,前店后厂,这就是辽宁三沟酒业有限责任公司前身。至今在阜新蒙古族自治县仍有“先有邱家店,后有阜新县”的说法。1911年,“邱家烧锅”代表直隶省参加巴拿马万国博览会,其高粱酒荣获大奖。1948年3月18日,阜新县解放,邱家烧锅被民运部接收,改名为“胜利酒厂”,此后,又几易其名——阜新蒙古族自治县制酒厂、阜新民族酒厂、辽宁三沟酒业有限责任公司。其传统酿造工艺十代传承,流传至今。
“白山黑水天地间,一杯坦荡三沟情”。自阜新经济转型十余年来,三沟人创新求进,科学发展,在广袤的白山黑水天地间,唱响了一首坦荡的三沟交响曲,并成为阜新经济转型的一面旗帜。如今,三沟酒业拥有东北地区规模较大的纯粮酿酒基地、规模较大的白酒工业园。
三沟系列白酒以当地的红高粱为原料,采用传统的老五甑工艺,延用百年窖池进行发酵,并利用传统的老熟工艺和现代的过滤灌装技术,形成了别具匠心的工艺特色,体现了酒香浓郁、入口绵甜、谐调丰满、落口爽劲、余味悠长的特点。三沟白酒有浓香型、兼香型、清香型、芝麻香型四大香型,同时有配制酒(露酒)。作为绵劲型白酒典范,无论是以三沟老窖为代表的浓香型系列酒,还是以百年窖为代表的兼香型系列酒,每一滴三沟美酒都浓缩着百年老窖的酿造精华。近年来,又倾情推出具有传奇色彩的火狐狸酒、应用三项国内创新技术研发的私酿酒、芝麻香酒,以及尽显祖宗范和原生态的红山酒祖酒,更有集三沟美酒与玛瑙精品两大辽宁特产于一身的三沟红玛瑙酒和三沟德增兴酒,堪称是展现东北酒独有韵味的大成之作。
目前,三沟销售网络以东北三省为主,覆盖全国24个省、市、自治区,并取得了良好的发展业绩。而且,三沟酒业已经出口韩国,在首尔成立三沟旗舰店,在韩国各大城市开设三沟专卖店,并进入到韩国商超渠道,为中国白酒行业争了光。
