黑龙江中医药大学针灸推拿学院康复医学院暨附属第二医院是一所集医疗、教学、科研于一体，突出针灸、推拿、康复特色的综合性三级甲等中医医院，是国家首批重点中医院（现代化中医医院）建设单位、国家中医医院中医药文化建设试点单位、全国中医中风病医疗中心建设单位、全国第二批节约型公共机构示范单位、黑龙江省针灸推拿康复医疗中心、黑龙江省中医精准康复中心、第十七届黑龙江省文明单位标兵。

我院的前身是成立于1963年的黑龙江中医学院附属医院第一门诊部，1992年成立黑龙江中医学院附属第二医院，1995年通过三级甲等中医医院评审。在全国中医药院校中率先实行“院系合一”管理体制，1997年更名为“黑龙江中医药大学针灸推拿学院暨附属第二医院”。2007年8月新医疗大楼投入使用。2011年黑龙江中医药大学康复医学院成立，落户我院。
