2012年3月12日，优酷股份有限公司（NYSE：YOKU）（“优酷”）和土豆股份有限公司（NASDAQ：TUDO）（“土豆”）共同宣布双方于3月11日签订最终协议，优酷和土豆将以100％换股的方式合并。

2012年8月20日，中国最大的两家视频网站优酷、土豆合并方案获双方股东大会高票通过，优酷土豆集团公司正式成立。

2015年8月6日，优酷土豆集团董事长兼CEO古永锵在首届开放生态大会上宣布，视频纯媒体时代终结，文化娱乐产业进入以自频道为中心的合乐时代。为此，优酷土豆集团正式更名为合一集团。

2015年10月，阿里巴巴以56亿美元现金（约合356亿元人民币）全面收购合一集团（原名优酷土豆）。
