仁兴集团较早成员—仁兴机器厂有限公司，二十世纪五十年代成立于香港，专注研制注塑机，是香港该行业始创者之一。90年代初，创办人梁烟先生把握国内改革开放的机会，于深圳市成立仁兴机械(深圳)有限公司，并购置土地兴建25,000平方米工业厂房;95年曾在香港将军澳工业村获批土地兴建15,000平方米生产厂房，为要扩大生产规模及出口业务。开业至今企业都奉行创办人的营商格言「诚信为先，品质为本」， 六十年来所研制的各系列注塑机均以品质优良而深受用家爱戴。

英文翻译：Renxing Machine Factory Co., Ltd., an earlier member of Renxing group, was founded in Hong Kong in the 1950s, focusing on the development of injection molding machines. It is one of the founders of the industry in Hong Kong. At the beginning of 1990s, Mr. Liang Yan, the founder, seized the opportunity of domestic reform and opening up, established Renxing machinery (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. in Shenzhen, and purchased land to build 25000 square meters of industrial plants; in 1995, he was approved to build 15000 square meters of production houses in Hong Kong's Tseung Kwan O Industrial Village, in order to expand production scale and export business. Since its inception, the company has always adhered to the founder's business motto of "integrity first, quality first". In the past 60 years, all series of injection molding machines developed by the company have been loved by users for their excellent quality.
