大泉源酒业始建于明末清初的公元1616年,历经明、清、中华民国延续至今。近400年间,大泉源酒业沉积了悠久厚重的历史文化。清太祖努尔哈赤在统一女真部落征战途中来到大泉源烧锅,品酒之甘醇将大泉源烧锅钦定为其“御用烧锅”。清康熙、乾隆、嘉庆、道光等四位皇帝东巡祭祖皆征调大泉源酒御用。清光绪十年,御用烧锅被扩建成宝泉涌酒坊。民国时期的“东北王”张作霖、抗日战争时期的民族英雄杨靖宇都视大泉源酒为酒之珍品,称赞大泉源酒为“关东王酒”。这些帝王将相、人间豪杰都与大泉源酒结下酒缘,留下了真实的历史故事和美丽动人的传说。
