持续实施“双低”油菜产业化经营，在“公司+科研+农户”模式上、充分利用杭嘉湖是省内油菜主要产区的优势条件，建立优质油菜籽品种、繁种优良品种产业化网络体系，确立省内稳定油料基地。坚持每年秋季召开信息发布会，基本保持180万亩油菜种植基地，实行订单农业、保护价收购，高于保护价按市场价收购。 作为省级农业科技企业、与科研单位保持密切合作，发挥技术开发中心的作用，加快油料深加工关键技术研究开发。利用“双低”油菜籽特殊脂肪酸构成，相继开发出“如意”牌菜籽油系列产品，相关新型加工技术与新产品通过行业部门和省级鉴定。
