发展规划:未来种子市场的竞争主要是品种的竞争,在玉米品种开发上,公司将利用丰富的种子资源加大力度推出适于本地的优秀品种3-5个,国审玉米品种1-2个,使玉米种子经营量达500万公斤以上,其中自有知识产权品种经营量达400万公斤以上。在种子市场拓展上也将立足黑龙江,发展内蒙、吉林、辽宁三省,力争占有一定市场份额。

第二产业:化肥分公司

现状:公司于04年涉入化肥销售工作,主要以代理品种为主。公司于2010年成立化肥销售部,开始代理“齐华”、“鲁西”等大厂家品牌肥,年销售6000吨左右。于2012年斥资200万元购进了有机肥生产装置,并建成了“掺混”肥生产线。主要生产“齐山”牌、“帮农忙”牌等6大类型“掺混”肥系列。并依托碾子山区麦饭石产地优势,在掺混肥中添加麦饭石颗粒,增加肥效及微量元素,效果更佳,提高了市场占有率。现年销售自主生产化肥5000多吨,代理大品牌化肥7000多吨,合计销售额3000万元以上。通过自产自销及厂家直销,降低了运营成本,提高了市场竞争力,创造了良好的经济效益。

发展规划:公司力争在2—3年内达到年自产化肥3万吨,总销售量达5万吨,销售额达亿元以上。走出齐齐哈尔市,占领我省及内蒙古部分化肥市场。

第三产业:粮食收购分公司

现状:公司于2013年投资 600万元建成了300吨大型烘干塔,4000平方米粮食贮藏库,开展粮食收购工作,真正做到了农资的产、供、销收一条龙。在种子、化肥等农用物资销售时即与农户订立商品粮回收协议,真正形成了农户+基地+公司产业化形式。2013年—2014年度共计回收农户玉米商品粮1.22万吨。

发展规划:2014年预计扩建收贮仓库5000平方米,达到总贮量5万吨粮食的收贮空间,增加收购计划,预计年底投入运行。

第四产业:绿色有机水稻开发

公司在富裕县购买了产权40年的3000亩绿色水稻种植基地,该基地地处黑土地的富裕县富海镇大泉子村小泉子屯境内,自然环境秀美,土地肥沃,水源充足,无污染,新开垦土地,是种植有机水稻的理想地块,现正在开发整理中。

发展规划:利用地缘优势,公司着手建立米业公司。
