福建省邵武市正兴武夷轮胎有限公司,是邵武市一家民营企业,其占地面积17.5万平方米,注册资金3500万人民币,固定资产3亿,现有工人1500多员工。公司拥有自主的知识产权,配套的国内外专业设备和基础设施,具备生产各种型号汽车轮胎系列的能力。主要设备有意大利进口GK-270密炼机、英国F270、日本神岗160密炼机、全自动四辊帘布压延机、10英寸橡胶复合挤出机生产线,自动定型硫化机群,半自动PLC成型机群、国内专业的轮胎质量检测里程试验机等。实现主要加工原材料的自动计量、自动投料、作业过程全部微机自动程序控制,具有生产效率高、自动化程度好、劳动强度低的特点。轮胎胎面复合压出生产线可满足轮胎胎面多方块的标准压出工艺要求,同时成型轮胎采用PLC程控机及微机自动控制硫化机设备、前后四辊帘布压延机,配有稳定张力调节系统,满足不同品种帘布压延自动化要求。

公司利用自身研发的技术,年生产能力达400万套,主要产品有带束工程机械胎、斜交载重胎、轻卡胎、农用胎、丁基内胎、摩托车内外胎(含真空胎)六个系列。产品由武夷、吉、铁城、台轮、日轮牌五大品牌组成,品种规格齐全,并以其优良的质量、合理的竟争的价格,在广大客户中获得诸多的好评。

2002年先后开发了750-16、700-16越野花纹轮胎,700-20、650-16、700-15-纵向水波花纹等规格轮胎;2003年开发825-16、750-16、700-16、650-16新型八角花纹轮胎和1200-20、1100-20载重工业轮胎。为了扩展企业生产规模,于2003年3月份研究开发17.5-25、20.5-25、23.5-25工程机械轮胎,并试产成功。公司每年用于新产品开发及老产品质量攻关的专项资金占销售金额的3.2%以上,目前公司拥有专业的轮胎质量检测试验机、强度试验机等设备,对新产品开发和轮胎结构研究提供了技术保障,具备了新产品开发和提高产品质量的综合水平。
