两家公司将保持双方品牌独立性,网站及团队均继续保持独立发展与运营。合并将采用约5:5换股的形式进行,58同城将以现金加股票的方式获得赶集网43.2%的股份,包括3400万份普通股(合1700万份ADS)和4.122亿美元现金。另外,腾讯将以每份ADS52美元的价格,认购价值4亿美元的58同城新发股票。合并后新公司市值将超过100亿美元,位列中国互联网公司第七。
