坚持清香品味特色,主导清香型产品发展

“坚决做大清香市场”是宝丰一直不变的发展方针。以此为指导,宝丰不断历练技艺,升华品质。并与中科院成都生物研究所合作,利用微生物技术升华宝丰酒质;与国家211工程重点院校之一的“江南大学”合作,开展“清香型宝丰酒风味特征形成及工艺集成技术研究”。确立宝丰清香独特风格,率先于河南成立“清香白酒酿造工程技术研究中心”,站立技术更高领域,缔造愈加纯正的宝丰清香。除科学层面坚持清香,在产品打造上,宝丰也一直坚持清香品牌品类战略。2007年至今宝丰先后推出国色清香、传世清香、清香世家等全新风格清香产品……全面形成清香型品类产品,强势围合。
