2006年1月8日，北京王致和食品集团公司与桂林腐乳厂联姻重组，开创了中华民族传统腐乳产业南北合作的先河。改制后，北京王致和（桂林腐乳）食品有限公司总资产4440万元。新公司在原桂林腐乳厂的基础上进行整合改造，生产设备更新，品质进一步提升。腐乳、腐竹、辣椒酱系列特色产品在完善提高的基础上成为新公司的一大亮点。

On the basis of the former Guilin Sufu factory, the new company carried out the integration and transformation, the production equipment was updated, and the quality was further improved.
