2000年10月25日广州二天堂大药房连锁有限公司注册成立，目前公司旗下在国内拥有二百多家分店，两家网店，5000多平方米的药品配送中心，现有员工1900多人，其中具备药师职称的有800多人，实体店拥有忠实会员70余万人。
目前二天堂已拥有多家子公司专注于健康、环保、绿色产业的发展，业务遍及科研、制药、批发、医疗、化妆品、中药厂、药膳、中药材养殖基地、餐饮、电子商务等项目，为社会提供更为多元的服务。
