合肥高升学校的前身——合肥高升高考辅导学校是2003年经合肥市教育局批准成立的高考类补习学校。2006年5月在董事长孙永红女士的带领下，整合了合肥高升高考补习学校和新安公学的优质办学资源，成功创办了合肥高升学校。2014年与合肥一中成立共建学校，招生100名品学兼优的学生，教育教学共享，共同培养，为国家输送优质人才。

凤阳县高升学校是2009年并购的原凤阳县兴华学校，是经凤阳县教育局批准创办的十二年一贯制学校，占地138亩，在校师生1500人，是凤阳县民办学校中办学口碑好、生源质量好、师资队伍强的学校，教职工95人。

合肥新城高升学校是2010年由肥东县新城经济开发区招商引资项目，由创办人投资近2个亿建成，学校占地面积92.16亩，建筑面积达70000平方米。学校按照国家标准化校舍要求建设，集教学楼、行政楼、学生公寓、学生餐厅、多功能报告厅、标准化塑胶跑道操场、篮球风雨操场、教师公寓、大型停车场和地下车库等为一体的现代化校园。目前在校师生4500多人，教职工321人。
