学校设有政府审计学院、会计学院等16个专业学院（教学部），审计科学研究院、瑞华审计与会计学院等19个特色学院（研究院）；设有35个本科专业。建有教学团队1个、江苏省高校教学团队2个；现有江苏省高等教育人才培养模式创新实验基地1个。
