黄山市徽州区洪通茶叶专业合作社成立于2007年8月，采用“合作社+基地+茶农”的运行模式，把企业、合作社、社员和基地组合成生产、加工、销售为一体的产业化服务体系。

洪通合作社现有登记社员312人，农民成员达到100%，基地拥有茶园面积4300亩（其中有机茶园2100亩，无公害茶园2200亩），2010年以来，合作社积极以茶叶加工“煤改电改气”为切入点，大力推行清洁化工艺，合作社投入资金2800多万元，建设清洁化茶叶加工产房面积4800多平方米，新增3条黄山毛峰清洁化加工生产线，并在引进“脱水提香”工艺，逐步实现了以电加热杀青、理条、烘干为主的茶叶清洁化生产加工，大大提高了“黄山毛峰”茶叶品质。

徽州区洪通茶叶专业合作社紧紧围绕“农业增效、农民增收、农村发展”的总体目标，大力发展现代农业，积极创新发展模式，走产业化经营道路，组织技术人员开展不同层次、形式各异、内容丰富的培训工作。通过技术培训，普及有机茶生产技术，茶叶标准化、清洁化加工技术，努力提高工人、茶农的茶叶标准化生产加工技术和安全卫生意识，提高茶园亩产量和亩效益，提升产品质量水平，增加茶农经济收入。通过产业化经营，2010年合作社销售收入达10860万元，带动基地农户2600余户，2011年达到了12868万元，增59.3%，带动基地茶农3200余户，增加23.1%，带动基地户均增收1580元，茶农人均增收650元。
