公司历史:

1924年,南海教师梁少川创办了广东现代养蜂史上第一家养蜂场,当时取名“宝生园”。上个世纪30年代,他到广州北京路开办了广州第一家宝生园店铺,主营自养的纯正蜂蜜。有一次他把一箱蜜蜂全引到了他的脸和脖子上,垒成了一个奇特的络腮大胡子,并拍照展示,如此奇事一下轰动全城,梁少川和宝生园也就远近闻名了。

60年代此店曾改名为“广州蜂蜜店”,1989年恢复了原老字号,更名为“宝生园蜂产品总汇”,1993年10月被国内贸易部认证为“中华老字号”,是当时我国营业面积最大、年营业额最高的蜂产品专营商店。宝生园所出售的蜂蜜,全部经过精细的灭菌、除杂、加工工序,故产品品质纯正、洁净、不易发酵,宝生园知名度因此大大提高。改革开放以后,“宝生园”经营规模不断扩大。特别是近十年来,“宝生园”以继承和发扬“老字号”为突破口,以科技进步为“龙头”,使经营效益保持旺盛的发展势头。1999年1月18日组建了“广州市宝生园有限公司”,至今发展成为国内蜂产品行业的“龙头”企业,在海内外蜂产品行业中均具有较高知名度和较高的信誉。
