核心工艺/技术

冷拉伸技术

区别于一般水槽厂必须对不锈钢进行热处理、酸洗后方能拉伸水槽，温思特厨卫掌握着不锈钢直接拉伸、也就是“冷拉伸”的顶尖工艺：不破坏不锈钢内部的化学与物理结构，保持不锈钢表面的卓越质感，加工过程完全环保，不产生污染。冷拉伸只有个别高端品牌才能使用。

精细拉丝工艺

普通水槽采用电解方法为水槽表面增加镀层，镀层脱落后盆体便迅速被腐蚀、发黑。因此不是好选择。精细拉丝采用多种抛光材料、历经8道工序，呈现出丝绸般的质感，不积垢、易保养，是最环保、档次最高的表面处理工艺。

台面整形技术

普通水槽产品必须使用拉钩反向固定，方能保证台面的水平。温思特厨卫从模具设计、拉伸、焊接成型等一系列环节加以控制，实现了水槽台面高低差低于2毫米的工艺水平，基本可不必使用拉钩。

数控焊接技术

使用进口焊接设备，按不锈钢材质、厚度厘定电流电压，确保无虚焊，焊道更平直美观。
