中国名茶都匀毛尖又称“鱼钩茶”，产于黔南州都匀市境内，是中国历史名茶，早在明朝即为贡茶，属卷曲绿茶类。

都匀地处贵州高原东南斜坡，苗岭山脉南侧，地势起伏较大、地形复杂，海拔在540—1961米之间，土壤以硅质和硅铝质黄壤为主，富含有机质，有利于茶叶对多种矿物质的吸收；云雾多、云量大，阳光多以散、折射形式照耀茶园，利于茶叶内芳香物质的形成和积累。正所谓“高山云雾出好茶”，特殊的地理位置及独特的土壤、气候等条件，造就了都匀毛尖茶精良的品质。
