创业缘由
伏牛堂是由北京大学毕业生张天一牵头,北京外国语大学法学硕士柳啸、放弃了美国高校MBA全额奖学金的宋硕以及在深圳早已有稳定工作的周全共同发起的餐饮创业项目。
张天一说,他的创业是被逼出来的,看着周围的人挤破头向公务员、事业单位靠拢,他突然觉得“活着没意思”,毕业了找工作,然后买房买车,结婚生娃。他问自己,回老家这些不都有了吗?那为什么留在北京?
不想朝九晚五,也不愿意做大单位背后的一颗螺丝钉,只能选择创业。说干就干,大学期间就开过饺子馆的他将创业项目锁定在餐饮行业,他想到了常德牛肉米粉,一来米粉是南方人的一种主食,很有市场,二来常德米粉准备工作主要在前期,牛肉牛骨汤需要提前十小时熬制,而真正操作的时候,从煮粉到出餐,全部过程不超过30秒,具备了标准化操作的可能性。
