邯郸永不分梨酒业股份有限公司是一家由宜宾五粮液股份有限公司控股的白酒酿造生产企业,成立于2013年8月5日,注册资金5亿元。由四川宜宾五粮液股份有限公司、河北永不分梨酒业有限公司、北京和君咨询有限公司、邯郸市建设投资公司、临漳县政通资产管理有限公司组建。企业坐落在六朝古都、三国故地、酒文化底蕴深厚的古邺临漳。公司占地约237亩,分为南北两个厂区,北厂区包含酿酒车间、梨酒生产线、地下窖室、灌装车间、综合楼、景观河等。南厂区综合办公楼、质检中心、文体中心、职工食堂,包装中心等,全部建筑为徽派及汉魏古典园林风格,体现着中国酒文化的博大精深。现已被市、县旅游局确定为工业旅游重要景点。

公司下设人力资源行政部、党群监察部、财务部、资产管理部、质量管理部、产品研发部、安全生产监督管理部、生产管理部、基建办及销售公司等,员工人数已近千人。

公司原酒全部来自于宜宾五粮液集团公司,从源头上为产品质量和消费者体验提供了保障。厂区4个酒罐区共计89个酒罐,储酒量达4万吨以上,罐装车间8条自动化生产线,年总产量达2万吨以上。2016年,公司实现销售收入2.43亿元,上缴税金约6000万。
