上海交通大学上海高级金融学院（高金）是上海市人民政府依托上海交通大学，由海外华人学者牵头，按照国际商学院模式创立的国际化金融学院。学院成立于2009年4月19日，英文名称为Shanghai Advanced Institute of Finance （SAIF）。

高金坚持国际化、市场化和专业化的办学道路。建院以来，已经成为中国的金融学院。作为为数不多的市场化办学的成功典范之一，高金是中国拥有“体制内的特区”优势的学院－－既得到体制内资源组合的鼎力支持，又能参照国际院校的模式和“教授治院”的治理结构进行办学。高金遵循国际惯例，实行理事会领导下的院长负责制，充分贯彻“教授治院”的理念，在上海交大的授权下，在人才培养、科研、人事、财务、行政和制度建设等方面实行独立的国际化自主办学。

高金设有国内完整的金融类管理教育产品线，覆盖金融硕士MF、金融MBA、金融EMBA、全球金融DBA 、博士/硕博连读（金融学方向）PhD/Ms-PhD、高层管理教育EE等项目。在课程设置和教学方法上，高金强调专业视角，理论与实践并重，本土与国际交融。

高金具备国内较强的金融学术研究实力和知识原创能力。依托于高金建立的中国金融研究院（CAFR）是具有国际水平的开放研究平台和高级智库，专注于将国际金融研究理念和模式引入中国，并专注于中国金融改革与发展相关的政策性和应用性理论研究，现已取得了一批在国内外有影响力的重大研究成果。
