中成集团注册资本金为10.9185亿元，拥有8家全资子公司、5家控股子公司、1家分公司。其中：中成进出口股份有限公司(股票代码：000151)在深圳交易所上市，华联国际(控股)有限公司(股票代码：00969)为香港主板上市公司。

经过不断发展，公司已形成以国际承包工程为主，包含海外项目投资、国际贸易、劳务输出及培训国际综合业务体系。
