上海老庙黄金有限公司的前身是“上海老城隍庙工艺品商店”,创建于1982年,是国务院批准国内恢复销售黄金饰品后上海开设的第一家黄金零售点。1994年12月20日,发展为专营黄金珠宝首饰的上海老城隍庙金银珠宝公司,1998年7月28日改制为上海老庙黄金有限公司。历经多年的努力,公司的注册资金已从当年的2000万元,上升到目前的1.1亿元。拥有资产1.6亿元。
