山东万达宝通轮胎有限公司位于万达集团高科技工业园内,占地32万平方米,其中厂房面积17万平方米,是国内专注于生产全钢子午线胎、工程机械子午胎及轻卡胎的大型企业之一。公司现有员工3000多人,大专以上学历人员占48%,其中,中级以上专业技术人员600多人。

作为万达集团重点培植的龙头产业项目,该项目自2003年11月上马建设以来,按照“技术一流,设备一流,规模经营,专业人才管理”的定位,先后从美、德、日、荷等国家引进了国际知名、业界一流的生产专用设备、实验检测等设备。目前,已完成投资近30亿元,生产规模从2005年的30万套,发展到目前的近300万套,产能扩大了近10倍。为有效解决轮胎行业黑色污染,实现变废为宝,公司又投入巨资上马了废旧轮胎综合利用环保项目,该项目于2008年底达产,年可回收废旧轮胎120万条、翻新全钢胎8万条、生产精细胶粉3万吨,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。

作为轮胎行业的后起新秀,万达宝通始终把自主创新作为提升产品及企业竞争力的关键。近年来,公司以国家级企业技术中心、博士后科研工作站和橡胶研究所为平台,平均每月有3个新产品上市,新产品研发速度行业领先。目前,万达宝通产品现已通过3C强制性认证、ISO9001、美国DOT、欧洲ECE、海湾GCC、巴西INMETRO等认证,产品遍及国内30多个省市、自治区,并已远销美、欧、亚、非等130个国家和地区,成功打造了万达宝通、易程德、永通三大品牌。

万达橡胶轮胎工业园作为循环经济示范园区之一,被列入黄河三角洲高效生态经济区总体规划和我市“十二五”规划纲要,为轮胎项目的发展创造了前所未有的机遇。2010年以来,在万达宝通跻身2010世界轮胎75强第35位的基础上,为持续优化轮胎产业、产品结构,努力打造轮胎产业规模优势,公司于2010年4月13日上马建设了投资18亿元的1500万条/年半钢胎项目和投资12亿元150万条/年全钢无内胎项目,以上两大项目已于2011年10月15日举行了建成投产仪式。1500万条/年半钢胎项目全面达产后,年可实现销售收入70亿元、利税5.6亿元;150万条/年全钢载重无内胎项目全部达产后,年可新增销售收入30亿元,利税4.6亿元。
