甘肃东兴铝业有限公司（以下简称“东兴铝业”）是甘肃省铝冶炼企业。企业主营电解合金铝，现有总资产近90亿元，员工4000余人。公司下辖嘉峪关分公司、陇西分公司、兰州分公司和兰州建华金属加工厂四个分公司，拥有240KA、400KA、500KA三条大型电解合金铝生产线，形成年产合金铝85万吨的生产能力。

百万吨级风电载能特色铝合金节能技改项目是充分发挥嘉酒地区电力资源富集优势，积极承接东部产业转移，为加快产业结构调整步伐、推进跨越发展，走企业战略重组合作而引进的循环经济项目。
