2015年8月6日,优酷土豆集团董事长兼CEO古永锵在首届开放生态大会上宣布,视频纯媒体时代终结,文化娱乐产业进入以自频道为中心的合乐时代。为此,优酷土豆集团正式更名为合一集团。
2015年10月16日,阿里巴巴56亿美元现金(约合356亿元人民币)收购合一集团(原名优酷土豆)。
