大清花饺子由东北沙河胡家先人（满族正黄旗）始创于清朝乾隆年间，后被宫庭选中，进入满汉全席菜单。在满汉全席菜单中出现的三鲜饺子，鸡馅饺子，满州蒸饺等筵席点心，使胡家先人所创饺子由一般民间食品登入大雅之堂。经历代秘传仍保持料重，味浓，油润鲜香的特色。扑实无华，具有浓重的民族特点和乡土气息。

英文翻译：Daqing huajiaozi was founded in Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty by the ancestors of the Hu family (Manchu zhenghuang banner) in Shahe, Northeast China. Three fresh dumplings, chicken filled dumplings, steamed dumplings and other snacks appeared in the menu of the whole Manchu and Han Dynasties, which made the dumplings created by the ancestors of the Hu family enter the hall of elegance from common folk food.
