佛山市三水北江实业有限公司,地处三水区大塘镇,公司始建于2003年,公司坚持以品牌产品为用户服务的质量方针,牢固树立“纪律严明,管理规范,团结进取,优质高产”的管理理念。2004年公司为了进一步发展壮大,筹建一条高标准、低能耗、无污染的新型干法水泥生产线。

项目建设是节约能源、保护环境,实现可持续发展的需要,随着经济发展水平和人民认识的不断提高,对环境保护和水泥质量的要求越来越高,淘汰落后的立窑生产工艺,兴建新型干法回转窑生产线势在必行,项目采用干法水泥生产技术,不仅可以合理利用资源、节约能源、提高产品质量,还可以减轻环境污染,减少资源和能源的浪费,实现水泥工业的可持续发展。

具有显著的经济、社会效益和市场前景,项目总投资约3.6亿元,年生产优质转窑水泥200万吨,年销售收入约7亿元,可实现利税超过8000万元,具有显著的经济和社会效益,为了繁荣三水区经济建设做出贡献。

据统计,佛山市原有水泥年生产能力超过1000万吨,全部为落后的机立窑水泥生产线,这与国家的产业政策和佛山市的经济地位不协调,也与其他行业生产工艺形成鲜明的对比。

项目由高到低布置生产线,充分利用了地势特点。在整个工艺设计方面,采用国际上窑外预分解烧成系统,主要的工艺技术:石灰石、煤采用桥式堆取料机预均化技术;低电耗的生料立磨粉磨技术技术;低压损的窑外预分解预热器和无烟煤煅烧分解炉技术;天津水泥设计研究院自行研发的液压式冷却蓖冷机;带辊压机的低电耗水泥粉磨技术;安全的污水处理系统;P84大布袋收尘系统;瑞士ABB公司的DCS中央集散控制系统等一系列工艺和设备。

在环保及节能减排方面:共安装收尘设备、收尘设施达300台套,其中有处理风量为每小时55万立方米的P84大布袋收尘系统;直径为8.5米、高度为34米的窑尾废气增湿除硫系统;每小时20吨的污水处理系统一座。仅环保和节能减排方面的总投入已达9000万元之多,真正实现消除粉尘的无序、超标排放和污水的零排放,实现清洁生产。

项目从2007年5月27日正式开工建设,历时一年多时间,现已顺利、安全的完成了所有建设内容,并开始投入生产。

The total investment of the project is about 360 million yuan, the annual production of high-quality rotary kiln cement is 2 million tons, the annual sales revenue is about 700 million yuan, and the profit and tax can be more than 80 million yuan. It has significant economic and social benefits, and makes contributions to the economic construction of Sanshui District. According to statistics, Foshan's original annual production capacity of cement exceeds 10 million tons, all of which are backward mechanical shaft kiln cement production lines, which is not in harmony with the national industrial policy and the economic status of Foshan City, but also in sharp contrast with other industries' production processes. The production line of the project is arranged from high to low, making full use of the terrain characteristics. In the whole process design, the international pre decomposition and burning system outside the kiln is adopted, and the main process technologies are as follows: limestone and coal adopt bridge stacker reclaimer pre homogenization technology; raw meal vertical mill grinding technology with low power consumption; pre decomposition preheater outside the kiln with low pressure loss and anthracite calciner decomposition furnace technology; hydraulic cooling castor cooler developed by Tianjin Cement Design and Research Institute; with roller Low power consumption cement grinding technology of the press; safe sewage treatment system; P84 large bag dust collection system; DCS central distributed control system of ABB company in Switzerland and a series of processes and equipment. In terms of environmental protection, energy conservation and emission reduction: a total of 300 sets of dust collection equipment and facilities are installed, including a P84 large bag dust collection system with a processing air volume of 550000 cubic meters per hour, a kiln tail gas humidification and sulfur removal system with a diameter of 8.5 meters and a height of 34 meters, and a sewage treatment system with a capacity of 20 tons per hour. The total investment in environmental protection, energy conservation and emission reduction alone has reached 90 million yuan, which can truly eliminate the disorderly and excessive discharge of dust and zero discharge of sewage, and realize clean production. The construction of the project started on May 27, 2007 and lasted for more than one year. Now it has successfully and safely completed all construction contents and started production.
