品质保证

为了保证您的每杯咖啡同样美味可口、放心饮用，UCC对质量的要求严之又严。

UCC以之独有的、严格的质量标准，从农园到成品的每个阶段都严格把关。

UCC只使用有生产国原产地证明，而且符合“UCC标准”和产地等级标准的咖啡生豆。只有通过咖啡鉴定师(Classificador)在进口前、后进行严格质检的原料才能进入工厂。同时质量保证室还检查是否含有残留农药等，从而彻底保证安全。在制造阶段，所有工厂均取得ISO9001国际质量管理系统认证，罐装咖啡工厂取得HACCP认证，只有在严格的国际标准的质量管理下确认为安全的原料，我们才用于生产。另外，主要工厂均取得ISO14001国际环境管理系统认证，而且每一条生产线都力求符合环保要求。UCC通过这些完备的品质管理系统，不断为您提供高质量的安全、美味的咖啡。
UCC的独特技术

UCC在日本最先建成焙炒咖啡的自动化工厂，并开发制造出保持新鲜味道和香味的真空袋咖啡。之后，为了最大限度地发掘咖啡的美味，继续追求探索，创造出独特的制造技术。像可保持刚焙煎的咖啡香味的焙煎系统“AROMA冷冻制法（现在申请专利）”技术；还有通过对从粉碎到包装的所有过程进行空气隔绝密闭，将香味提高到惊人效果的“SUPERAROMA”技术等。另外，还开发出“TTND制法”，使罐装咖啡也能保有香浓的气味和清爽的口感。 
公司历史

1933年开设上岛忠雄商店，开始创业。 

1951年以100万日元资本金设立上岛咖啡株式会社，同时开设东京分店。 

1959年上岛咖啡店第1号店——博多大丸前店开店。

1987年在神戸港岛上开设了亚洲首个UCC咖啡博物馆。在台湾设立当地法人，开始咖啡店经营业务。 

1989年在美国夏威夷州开设夏威夷可那咖啡直营农园。 

1991年改名为UCC上岛咖啡株式会社。

1992年用管道把毗邻的咖啡工厂连接起来，从焙炒咖啡到成品的罐装咖啡，形成一条龙生产体制的UCC兵库综合工厂-饮料工厂竣工。  

1995年在印度尼西亚、北苏门达腊州设立合资公司，开始了农园经营业务。 

1996年生产焙炒咖啡的六甲岛工厂竣工。该工厂导入了最新技术——超芳香制法。兵库综合工厂（饮料工厂）获得ISO9002国际品质保证规格认证。

1998年六甲岛工厂获得了日本焙炒咖啡业界最早的ISO9002国际品质保证规格认证。

2001年一杯份焙炒咖啡抽出机——KEURIG咖啡机上市。在韩国设立当地法人。富士综合工厂，兵库综合工厂，北关东工厂取得了有机JAS（日本农林标准）认证。 

2002年富士综合工厂拥有出色的食品卫生设施，受到了平成14年度食品卫生功绩卫生部大臣的表彰。 

2003年名古屋工厂取得了ISO14001国际认证；赞助了2003年度日本BARISTA夺冠比赛；六甲港工厂取得有机JAS（日本农林标准）认证；在富士综合工厂引进了独自开发的可以完全保留炒咖啡时产生的香
味的焙煎系统。 

2004年赞助2004年度日本BARISTA夺冠比赛；兵库综合工厂（饮料工厂）在清凉饮料水方面取得了HACCP的批准；名古屋工厂取得了有机JAS(日本农林标准)认证。
